How do you calculate shipping?
We have a service agreement with United Parcel Service that allows us to charge our customers a flat shipping fee of $6.50 for coffee shipped anywhere in the United States or Puerto Rico. On orders of $45 or more, shipping is free.
We also ship to members of the Armed Forces that use APO and FPO addresses.
Can I have my coffee delivered to a PO Box?
UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box; however, if you need to have your order shipped to a PO Box, contact us at 1.719.632.0125 and we will have your order shipped by U.S. Mail. Shipping charges may be more than $6.50, dependent upon the size of your order (and its shipping weight).
Why do you charge a fuel surcharge?
As fuel prices have risen, so has the cost of producing and delivering our products. Regrettably we must charge a 3% fuel surcharge to each order to offset the rising fuel costs. For a $7.25 bag of coffee, the surcharge would be 22 cents. We hope to eliminate this surcharge once fuel costs return to their previous level.
How long will it take to get my coffee?
Orders typically take 2-5 business days to arrive.
When you say "roasted to order," what does that mean?
To ensure our coffee arrives fresh, we minimize the amount of inventory we maintain onsite. Most orders submitted via our website are roasted and shipped the following business day.
Is your coffee available in packages other than 12 ounces, 2 lbs, and 5 lbs?
We also provide a number of our customers coffee packaged in 1.5-oz sealed packages, perfect for a 10-12 cup pot of coffee. If you are interested in purchasing coffee in portion packs, please call us at 1.719.632.0125 for a price quote (standard shipping policy applies).
How can I have my coffee delivered regularly, say twice monthly?
We are creating a subscription program that will allow our customers to have their coffee automatically delivered to them at specified increments (e.g., semi-monthly, monthly, bi-monthly) and hope to have the details finalized soon.
What is your Return Policy?
In the event you are not fully satisfied with the quality of our coffee products, you are entitled to receive a full refund of the product purchase price. Simply send the unused portion to:

Please include your Name, Address, Phone Number and the Date of Purchase. Your credit card will be refunded the purchase amount (shipping and fuel surcharge not included).
Where can I get a coupon for free shipping?
Through e-mail notifications we offer our customers free shipping. These promotions are offered 3-6 times a year and typically last seven days to a month.
I like your logo. Do you have coffee or travel mugs with your logo?
